Linguine With Radicchio, Pears And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    2 None pears, cored, cut into small cubes
    5.25 oz radicchio, cut into strips
    1/2 cup vegetable stock
    1 1/4 cups 2% milk
    5.25 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
    None None freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
    14 oz linguine
    3/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute pears for 2 mins. Add radicchio, stock, milk and Gorgonzola. Stir until cheese is melted. Season and add nutmeg to taste. Cover and keep warm.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then toss with sauce along with walnuts.
