Sausage And Tomato Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Italian sausages
    1 None red onion, cut into thin wedges
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 tsp dried mixed herbs
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    14 oz fennel, thinly sliced
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    4 oz green beans, trimmed and halved crosswise
    None None Multigrain bread rolls, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a deep skillet on medium heat. Add sausages; cook and turn for 4-5 mins or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof board. Cut into slices.
    Add onion, garlic, herbs and 1 tbsp water to the same pan on medium heat; cook and stir for 3 mins or until soft. Stir in tomato paste, fennel, tomato and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins or until vegetables are almost tender.
    Add sausage, cannellini beans and green beans to pan; simmer for 5 mins more or sauce has reduced. Serve with bread rolls.
