Creamy Pasta And Chicken Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz spaghetti
    1 jar (15 oz) alfredo pasta sauce
    1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
    4 oz green beans, cut in half diagonally
    1 small red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    4 None button mushrooms, sliced
    14 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Tear four 16-inch sheets of foil. Top each sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain; return to pan. Add pasta sauce to pan. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
    For each packet, place 1/4 of the pasta on prepared paper. Top with 1/4 each of the vegetables and chicken. Fold foil (and paper) to enclose filling and form a packet. Place packets on a baking pan.
    Bake 20-25 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
    Unwrap packets. Carefully transfer pasta to shallow bowls. Serve sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
