Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    6 (1 1/4 inch thick) pork chops
    8 oz sliced white or cremini mushrooms
    1 None small red onion, diced
    1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
    None None cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and sauteed mushrooms, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Season pork chops and cook for about 8 mins, turning once. Set aside.
    Clean pan. Add remaining oil to pan and cook mushrooms and onion for 5 mins, or until mushrooms are golden brown. Stir in soup and simmer 5 mins. Pour any meat juices into mushroom sauce. Simmer for 30 seconds. Serve sauce over pork chops.
