Summer Spaghetti With Peas And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz spaghetti
    4.25 oz frozen peas
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
    1.5 oz Parmesan cheese shavings
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    7 oz ham, finely shredded
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until just tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, microwave frozen peas on HIGH (100%) for 2 mins, or until tender. Transfer to a food processor. Add garlic, pine nuts, herbs, cheese and oil. Season then process until almost smooth.
    Toss pea mixture with hot pasta and ham. Serve.
