Grilled Piri Piri Drumsticks With Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 None chicken drumsticks (about 3 lbs)
    1/2 cup piri piri sauce
    4 cups finely shredded red cabbage
    4 cups finely shredded white cabbage
    1 cup firmly pack fresh mint, finely chopped
    None None FOR THE PIRI PIRI DRESSING
    1 tbsp piri piri sauce
    1/2 cup peanut oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken and piri piri sauce in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    For the piri piri dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Preheat the grill on medium heat. Grill undrained chicken until browned and cooked through.
    Place cabbages and mint in large bowl with dressing; toss gently to combine. Serve coleslaw with chicken.
