Lemony Green Beans With Red Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 None red onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 lb green beans, trimmed and blanched until just tender
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large frying pan over high heat and saute onion for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add beans, lemon juice and zest and toss to combine. Season to taste.
