White Chocolate And Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, chopped
    1 cup coconut cream
    1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 None large eggs, at room temperature
    2 tsp coconut extract
    1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    -1 None White Chocolate Glaze
    3.5 oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
    1/4 cup half-and-half
    3 tbsp coconut flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0F. Grease a deep 10 inch fluted ring pan and dust with flour, shaking out excess.
    Place chocolate in a medium saucepan. Add butter, coconut cream and sugar. Stir over low heat until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and let cool for 15 mins.
    Whisk in eggs, coconut extract and flour until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 20 mins. Let cake stand in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Meanwhile, to make the white chocolate glaze, combine chocolate and half-and-half in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Drizzle cold cake with glaze then sprinkle with coconut.
