Chorizo And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups watercress
2 None medium orange peppers, sliced
2 1/2 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 None large avocado, peeled and thickly sliced
5 oz ready to eat chorizo sausage, sliced

6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
2 tsp finely chopped basil leaves
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation

Place the salad ingredients and chorizo in a bowl. Toss together well. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Arrange the salad on 4 individual serving plates. Drizzle with the salad dressing.
