Breakfast Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 None large egg
    1 1/4 cups milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar into a medium bowl then whisk in egg and milk until smooth. Transfer to a measuring cup.
    Heat a lightly greased large frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4-cupfuls of batter into pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook until lightly browned underneath. Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.
