Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups With Nutella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz oatmeal cookies
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    5 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    1/3 cup Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread
    24 None mini pretzels, halved
    1 oz white chocolate, melted
    None None mini marshmallows, for garnish
Preparation
    Line a 24-cup mini muffin pan with paper liners.
    Finely grind the cookies in a food processor. Add melted butter and pulse to combine. Distribute between muffin wells and press firmly into each base and side to form a \"cup.\" Chill for at least 30 mins.
    Heat heavy cream over low heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Stir in Nutella then let cool. Distribute between cookie cups and chill for 2 hours. Remove cups from paper liners.
    To make the cup handles, dip pretzel halves in melted white chocolate and stick to the side of each cup. Chill for 10 mins. Decorate with marshmallows.
