Chocolate Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, plus extra for greasing
    1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch None salt
    4 None eggs
    2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    2/3 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a loaf pan. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk in the eggs one at a time beating well between each addition. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
    Spoon the mixture into the lined loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 mins until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 mins, then remove from the pan and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
