Quick Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None rotisserie chicken, skin removed, cut into pieces
    2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/4 cup kalamata olives
    1 tbsp fresh basil leaves
    None None Cooked white rice and steamed green beans, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Place chicken in a baking dish with tomatoes, beans and stock. Season to taste. Cover with lid or foil.
    Bake for 25-30 mins, removing cover for last 15 mins. Stir in olives and basil. Serve with rice and green beans.
