Ingredients

6 tbsp tomato paste
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch dried basil
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1 tsp mustard
1 None egg
2 tbsp canola oil
4 None small pita breads, cut in 1/2 horizontally
4 oz green olives, pitted
4 None spring onions, sliced
2/3 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb Gouda cheese, grated
Preparation

For tomato sauce, mix 4 tbsp tomato paste with a little water then add oregano and basil. Season to taste and set aside.
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp water, onion, mustard and egg and season to taste. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown ground beef for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally, until crumbly. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Place pita breads on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce over pitas and evenly distribute olives, spring onions, tomatoes and beef on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 15 mins.
