Salt And Pepper Prawns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 teaspoons ground black pepper
    2 teaspoons sea salt
    500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
    2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
    Mix the flour, pepper and salt in a bowl. Add the prawns and toss well to ensure they are coated.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the prawns for around 4 minutes.
    Serve hot on lettuce garnished with sliced chilis, spring onion and chopped coriander leaf.
