Avocado Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker Needed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart pistachio ice cream
    1 -2 avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 2 cups)
Preparation
    Soften the pistachio ice cream just enough to be able to work with it (it shouldn't be melted).
    Fold in avocado cubes.
    Refreeze.
