Rum Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart buttermilk
    2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups whipping cream
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup dark rum
    salt, pinch
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Transfer to ice-cream maker.
    Freeze according to the manufacturers instructions.
