Apple, Pear And Tofu Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal (ground flaxseed)
    1 small apple
    1 small pear, ripe
    3 ounces tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
    3/4 cup soymilk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Quarter and core the fruit but do not peel.
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
