Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 medium zucchini
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Heat Oil in Wok.
Fry Garlic and Onions until Translucent.
Add Basil, Oregano, Cayenne, Bay Leaves.
Add Zucchini and fry for another 5 Minutes.
Add Diced Tomatoes, and sugar, heat til it boils.
Cook on low for two hours.
Cook uncovered for thicker sauce.
