Beef Pares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 kg beef, tendon cubes
1 cup soy sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 cup brown and white sugar
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 star anise
2 tablespoons onions, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, diced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation

1.Heat oil in a pan saute onion, garlic and ginger.
2.Put Beef, salt and pepper in a Pan and stir.
3.Put Brown and white sugar stir well till the sugar melt.
