Gourmet Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs pot roast
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup red wine
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons soya sauce
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon rosemary
Preparation
    Heat oil in dutch oven.
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Add everyting else and simmer 2 hours, turning roast often.
    Serve with whipped potatoes and glazed carrots.
    Announce dinner with a loud yell to the household SOUPS ON!
