Luby'S Cafeteria Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs carrots, peeled and shredded
    1 cup drained pineapple chunks or 1 cup crushed pineapple
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup raisins, plumped in water and drained
    1/4 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill.
