Teriyaki Marinade For Chicken Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup dry sherry
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons ginger, ground
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
    2 slices lemons
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and lemon.
    Place meat or chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
