Saigon Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce rice noodles
    4 cups water
    1 chicken bouillon cube (more or less to taste)
    2 slices fresh ginger
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 stalk lemongrass, thinly sliced
    1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
    1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
    1 tablespoon basil
    1/2 cup mung bean sprouts
    scallion, to garnish
    sriracha sauce (optional)
    white pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Boil garlic, ginger, lemongrass in broth for 20 minutes.
    Add fish sauce, cooked chicken, bean sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
    Garnish with basil, cilantro to serve.
    Add sriracha sauce and white pepper to taste.
