Vegetarian Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole wheat pita bread
    1/3 cup hummus
    2 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves, shredded
    1 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup scallion, minced
    1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
Preparation
    Slit open the pitas. Spread the insides of each pocket with hummus.
    Stuff each pita with half of remaining ingredients.
    Enjoy!
