Azalea Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups cranberry juice
    4 cups pineapple juice
    1 tablespoon almond extract
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    In large jar, blend cranberry and pineapple juices with extract and sugar.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale.
