1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix the first seven items in a saucepan.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Cook over low heat, while stirring, until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes).
Stir in pumpkin and pour into pie crust.
Chill and serve with your choice of whipped topping.
