No-Knead Wheat Germ Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup dry milk
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon instant yeast
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup water
    3 tablespoons butter
    3/4 cup wheat germ
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup all purpose flour, dry milk, sugar, yeast and salt.
    Heat water and butter until very warm (until the butter melts).
    Stir in wheat germ, let stand for about 2 minutes.
    Stir wheat germ mixture into dry ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Add egg and 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in 3/4 cup all purpose flour and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour to make stiff batter.
    Place into a Loaf Pan (1,5 QT size).
    Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until done.
