Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 diced, boiled potatoes
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 lb Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    6 slices bacon, chopped in pieces
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all except bacon and season with salt and pepper.
    Put in buttered baking dish, 9x13 size.
    Top with raw bacon sprinkled over all.
    Bake 1 hour at 325 degees.
