1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in a saucepan.
Add onions and garlic; cook 4 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, 6 minutes.
