Slow Cooked Creamy Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups thinly sliced carrots
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
2 cups water
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine carrots, water, and salt in crock pot.
Cover and cook on HIGH 2-3 hours or until the carrots are done.
Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on HIGH 20-30 minutes.
