Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon clove
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 large eggs
    1 3/4 cups pumpkin (15 oz can)
    1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
    In a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
    stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
    gradually add the evaporated milk.
    pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
