Citrus Remoulade (Blackened Grouper Or Other Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon orange zest
    1 teaspoon orange juice
    1 tablespoon chives, chopped
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon dill, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Fold in capers and cornichons (if wanted).
    Chill and Serve.
