Crêpes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg (Beaten)
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, flour, sugar, oil and salt.
    Heat lightly greased skillet.
    Spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter.
    Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter over bottom.
    Return to heat and lightly brown on both sides.
