Whitebait Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    180 g whitebait
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch pepper
    2 tablespoons soft white breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, and then add other ingredients.
    Heat some butter and fry tablespoon until browned on both sides.
    Serve with lemon slices.
