Black Bean And Cream Cheese Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 cup medium salsa
    4 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes, add beans, cook 3 minutes longer.
    Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet with salt. When cheese melts, add salsa and cook for 2 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve in warm tortillas.
