Italian Style Tuna Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna in water
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 pinch sugar
    1 pinch salt
    fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Drain Tuna , sqeezing out water.
    Mash the tuna in a small bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve on bread or toast.
