Maduros - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 plantains, sliced, ripe with black skins
 
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
- 
                            Combine plantains, sugar & salt. Toss well.
 
Melt butter in non-stick skillet and saute plantains over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until browned, turning to brown both sides.
