Bbq Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 peaches, halved and peeled
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    3 3 tablespoons sherry wine or 3 tablespoons Bourbon
    50 g butter, melted
Preparation
    Bbq (or fry in a grill pan) each peach half, cut side down.
    Spoon over half the melted butter and half the liqueur, and sprinkle with half the sugar.
    Bbq for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and repeat.
    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
