Soy-Ginger Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    2 tablespoons peanut oil
    2 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, minced
    1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
    1 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. Can be stored up to 3 days in advance of use.
