Boom Chicka Boom... Now... Walk The Line - Bbq Sauce (Contest En - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon butter
    3 tablespoons finely minced shallots
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon finely minced celery
    1/2 cup Kahlua
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons whiskey
    1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    kosher salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan until foamy.
    Add minced shallots, garlic and celery and saute until lightly golden, about 3 minutes or so.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until thick and richly flavored, 8 to 10 minutes, whisking from time to time.
    Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken (or marinate) with sauce before grilling, baste as you grill and serve lathered in sauce.
