Quatre Epices En Dix Epices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
    Crumble bay leaf.
    I use a spice grinder for this but the recipe says to use a blender so.
    Mix together in blender until it becomes a fine powder.
    Store in small jar with tight fitting lid.
