5 Ingredient Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
    2 cups self rising flour
    2 cups pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add brown sugar.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Add the pecans and vanilla (dough will be stiff).
    Spread in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool before cutting.
