Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

MIx together in a small saucepan and heat till it bubbles. Use as needed for hollandaise sauce over Eggs Benedict or broccoli.
For Bearnaise Sauce add tarragon to taste.
