Chili And Garlic Prawns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
12 garlic cloves, crushed
4 green chilies, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat the oil and butter in a wok and stir fry the garlic and chiles for 2 minutes.
Add the prawns and tomatoes and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle over the coriander, season and serve.
