Dark Chocolate Espresso Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup whole grain wheat flour
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 tablespoon raw honey
    2 ounces dark chocolate-covered espresso beans
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325F.
    Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
    Spread mixture evenly in a 9x9\" baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
    Let cool and slice into 8 bars. Serve or refrigerate for later.
