Microwave Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef or 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    Sauce
    1/3 cup catsup
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until well mixed.
    Pat into a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
    Cook in microwave on full power 6 minutes.
    While cooking for the first 6 minutes, combine sauce elements into small bowl and whisk until mixed. At the end of the first 6 minutes pour sauce over the loaf and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes. (For a firmer loaf. decrease tomato sauce to 6 ounces).
