Morrocan Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs fish fillets
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 large onion, sliced
cilantro, chopped, for garnish
lemon juice, for garnish
Preparation

Soften butter and combine with spices. Spread on both sides of fish.
Place fish on foil and cover with onion slices.
Wrap fish securely. Place in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
