Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    4 ounces diced hot chili peppers
    1/2 cup dry vermouth
    1 teaspoon salt
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Toss together cheese, cornstarch and garlic powder.
    Heat oil.
    add rest of the ingredients and heat just to boil.
    Reduce heat and stir in cheese. Do not boil.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
