Pie Crust - cooking recipe

ONE CRUST PIE
1/3 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon Crisco
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 -3 tablespoons cold water
BUTTER PIE CRUST
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold water
VINEGAR PIE CRUST
3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups Crisco
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
6 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
FRIED PIE CRUST
3 cups flour
1 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon Crisco
1 egg
1/3 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Preparation
-
Cut crisco into flour and salt.
Add cold water and mix (except for the vinegar and fried piecrust you add the egg and vinegar and water).

Mix everything together and roll out on floured surface.

Cut flour into crisco and salt, add egg, water, and vinegar.
Mix well and roll out on floured surface.
Add the filling of your choice and fry in hot oil.
Drain on papertowels.
